Dependable fixing with the Fischer FBN II bolt anchor

Practical benefits
  • High load bearing performance: The standard anchorage depth delivers maximum load capacity, allowing you to use fewer fixing points and smaller anchor plates.
  • Flexible installation options: The long M10 thread compensates for component tolerances and enables you to perform pre-positioned, push-through, and stand-off installations.
  • Fast and protected drive: The integrated drive-in pin protects the screw thread against damage so you can hammer the anchor securely into place.

In a nutshell

The right choise for

With the Fischer fbn II 10/20 bolt anchor, you achieve dependable, heavy-duty fixings in non-cracked concrete and dense natural stone. This zinc-plated steel anchor delivers maximum load-bearing performance at standard anchorage depth, allowing you to use fewer fixing points and smaller base plates. Thanks to the integrated drive-in pin, you can hammer the M10 anchor into a 10 mm drilled hole with minimal effort without damaging the thread. Its long thread readily compensates for component tolerances and facilitates flexible push-through, pre-positioned, and stand-off installations in dry indoor environments. It is the practical choice for securing steel sections, handrails, brackets, and warehouse racking.

Product description

The cost-efficient fixing for flexible use in non-cracked concrete

The fischer bolt anchor FBN II is a steel anchor for cost-effective fixations in non-cracked concrete. Thanks to its long thread and the two anchorage depths, the fischer bolt anchor FBN II is particularly flexible. In addition to pre-positioned and push-through installation, the bolt anchor is suitable for stand-off installation. In the stainless steel design, the bolt anchor is suitable for façade sub-structures, cantilevers and ladders outside.

  • The standard anchorage depth achieves the maximum load-bearing capacities. Thus fewer fixing points and smaller anchor plates are required
  • The reduced anchorage depth reduces the drill hole depth. This minimises the amount of time needed for installation whilst increasing flexibility
  • The long thread balances component tolerances and allows for stand-off installations, thus increasing flexibility
  • Few hammer blows and the minimal torque slippage allow for a noticeably simpler installation
  • The drive-in pin protects the thread from damage, and thus ensures a faster installation and dismantling of the attachment

Suitable for

  • The FBN II is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation; also suitable for stand-off installation under certain conditions
  • Prior to installation, place the hexagon nut in the optimal position (the drive-in pin projects by approx. 3 mm out of the hexagon nut)
  • When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and expands it against the drill hole wall
  • The head embossing offers a simple control of the anchoring
  • In the case of series installation, we recommend using the FABS bolt anchor setting tool
